Refund policy

Returns

At Street Society Street Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Info@streetsociety.me with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at Info@streetsociety.me with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, you will receive a refund instead.
